CB&Q 4-6-0 Class K-10 953
Title:  CB&Q 4-6-0 Class K-10 953
Description:  Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad 4-6-0 class K-10 953, date, location, and photographer unknown, print by Tom Klinger, Chuck Zeiler collection. Date and location chosen are based on the CB&Q Locomotive Assignment Sheet dated February 1, 1952. Number 953 was built by CB&Q's West Burlington, Iowa Shops as a 2-6-0, numbered CB&Q 1569, classed H-4. In 1904 it was renumbered to CB&Q 1253, rebuilt at West Burlington in 1908 to class K-10 953, retired and sold for scrap in February 1954.
